Staff Respect Policy

Mr. Outdoor Living reserves the right in its sole and exclusive discretion to refuse, cancel, terminate, or suspend the provisions of Goods and Services under this Agreement (1) for any rude, harassing, threatening, or intimidating conduct by Customer, (2) for any disparaging or defamatory communication by Customer to any of Mr. Outdoor Living’s employees or contractors, or (3) if Customer otherwise creates a hostile work environment at the Project site, all as reasonably determined by Mr. Outdoor Living.

Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises from or relates to this Agreement or the alleged breach thereof which is not resolved after direct discussions between Customer and Mr. Outdoor Living, the parties agree to participate in a non-binding mediation administered by Miles ADR or such other mediator as agreed to by the parties.

The parties further agree that any dispute which remains unresolved after completion of the mandatory non-binding mediation shall be settled by arbitration administered by Miles ADR in accordance with its Expedited Arbitration Rules & Procedures, at Mr. Outdoor Living’s sole and exclusive discretion.
